In addition to our scheduled projects, our clients sometimes have urgent inquiries, and we are usually able to respond promptly by quickly deploying the right personnel and equipment to the location. In 2022, we had the opportunity to do this on multiple occasions.
To ensure our ability to respond to urgent requests without impacting other projects, we always maintain a dedicated team. In our spacious workshop, we consistently have various ongoing projects that typically do not have strict deadlines, as they involve stock products. This allows us to swiftly deliver stock items and seamlessly switch to different tasks when necessary, such as replacing a staff member who may be unexpectedly absent.
As a result, we always have an ad hoc team available, and we also maintain a diverse range of products in stock. This setup proves beneficial for both our customers and ourselves, creating a win-win situation.
