Complete Project Management, coordination, and carrying out the complete scope of work. ZPMC supplies the lock gates, and after unloading, STARKON’s Project Support Team took over ZPMC’s remaining scope of work. The timeline for the project was short to ensure the installation date was met.
STARKON supplied the complete project support package, site equipment, workforce, project management and administration.
